If you're able to find the words then I use CBT, but at times this can be difficult. This is when I offer suggestions using tools, such as, art, music, sand tray, to give language to your feelings and experiences. Once you are able to name it, you can begin to heal and transform!
It’s okay! We use this in session and discuss feeling "not good enough." It is about the process and allowing yourself to try, mess up, and try again. Not being perfect is a big part of the therapeutic learning process.
